I have ordered 4 buckets of plants but 3 have dead plants 20% and 1 was empty bucket only mud was there on 30th november. Uploaded the images but resolution is awaited Because my main order was for food so as per their policy 50% damage must be there so I think there would not be any support because my 60% order was for food and 40% is only plants still hope for a positive reply. Food was good no doubt.

I've quarantine them as they are expected to give fry's any time now. Very Good quality of Java Moss send ( except that the quantity was less ). Please try to include premium quality products such as filters ( all types) /air pumps/heaters/drift wood/lighting's/water conditioners/live bacteria for cycle/medicine for fish/substrates . .etc from Hagen, fluval, Ehiem. I have been ordering since 2021, packaging is neat, delivery is on time, plants arrive in good condition as moisture retained in soaked paper. However the epiphytes could be a little larger than current size, feels a bit too small for large tanks. Happy with the purchases so far, and plants survive/thrive about 90%.

It was my very first order & I ordered for : Vallisneria nana , Dwarf Hairgrass and Aquarium soil altogether. The packaging and the shipment was great, but a few of the Vallisneria nana died. The refund for that was so prompt that I was really amazed! The Hairgrass with the Vallisneria is growing day by day & my aquarium turned so lovely with their presence. Overall it was an awesome experience. Will definitely buy for more. Thanks a lot "Bunnycart" :)

I ordered 50 guppies and a sucker fish through bunnycart. I feel very pleased with the supply and customer support provided by them. I live thousands of mile away from the location where they breed the fishes but still due to nice packaging and support, none of the fishes died during travel and I feel elated in recommend them to those within my circle who are passionate about their fishes and other pets.
