It was my first order from Bunnycart and I can say that it was totally up to the mark. Their service is quite reliable. I had ordered a few aquarium plants and the product was delivered in time with good packing which avoided any damage.

Though was gambling a little when ordered so much in first instance that too being a hobbyist only. To my surprise it was a very nice and happy experience. The only problem was with RAILWAY staff uncooperative while unloading the parcel. Customer care and account people were more than cooperative, changed my order once after consulting with the manager on his advise about the compatibility of fishes. Packaging was great, out of 50+ fishes only 1 died. All fishes were in good health and larger than I was expecting almost all were adults. All are in good condition even after 2 weeks. Nice colours and variety. Plant were good too, all flourishing now. Food was just packed not like your LFS where it's already expired. internal filter was so much cheap. Java moss was of excellent quality. However, dwarf hairgrass and amzon sword was half wilted when received. Rotala wallichii was good. Didn't received dwarf lily but was refunded money immediately. Customer service is very good.

Hi Last week I had ordered for plants were live in active and healthy condition . Great and very good packing . Internal filter was so much cheap then other, Overall a really good experience.
