Service from bunny cart is impeccable and so far the items I have ordered reached in time and plants as well as d fishes ND shrimps were alive and good. I hve a few suggestions to make like adding more varieties of aquarium plants, fish, shrimps etc. Thank you

Hi I ordered fish from Bunnycart to be shipped to Bangalore. It was promptly serviced with on time updates through SMS and emails. All queries were answered by over the phone and it was a good buying experience. Fishes were healthy with just one casualty out of over 60 fishes bought. Very well done Bunnycart team. Bunnycart is doing great in its field.The service given is excellent and the refund policy of Bunnycart is really easy and quick besides there are no questions. Moreover Bunnycart needs to sort out a few things 1)The plants which they send should be same as ordered (I ordered 2 varieties and received both different unlike images) 2)Fishes provided should be mature ones and should be checked before delivery (I received an abnormal female) 3)Moreover fishes are always out of stock which gets a problem while ordering cause you don't get all you want to .Some fishes are out of stock from about 6-7 months (like Blue Moscow guppy) 4)More varieties of fishes with more types must be introduced. Overall the experience although was great with all fishes and the plants although different enhance the look. I would like to shop again at Bunnycart. .

just few problems with packaging of plants, guys please improve your packaging a little bit as the box go's through a lot of mishandling by the train staff , Fishes were absolutely healthy and active .......... great experience , 10 on 10 for customer support . Just had a bad experience with parcel office @ railway station ........... great website please expand more ! ps- this is not paid I am a common man and the experience is true.
