Overall i am happy with Bunnycart, I had my 3rd ordered yesterday, I ordered fishes along with plants and this time i was really happy to see bigger plants this time but i was expecting a Pair of fishes but in reality it meant 1 unit as 1 fish, It was my mistake that i didn't see the mention note about it, My suggestion is that you should clearly mention the units and the size of the fishes properly on the same page wile ordering. And one thing to add please add more things on your website, more variety of Fishes, Medications, Tools, etc.

i got 15 different varieties of guppies unfortunately one of white guppies was handicapped by berth, it cant swim & its body was "U" in shape. they send me this one along with 14 other fishes. that " U" shaped died after 3 days from delivered. it cant swim properly because of U shape . other fishes are fine ..

On 04-11-2016 I ordered 10 Chilly red guppy, 8 Neon Tetras and 3 Mango Platy and some aquarium plants. On 11-11-2016 I received the parcel but from 21 fishes only 5 alive rest all are dead but all plants are in good condition. I send the unboxing video and details of the dead fishes to Bunnycart customer care mail address. They responded very well and I got call from them and they send me new fishes as a compensation for the dead fishes I received….. I am really delighted by the way Bunnycart handled my concern and I take this opportunity to thank Bunnycart for their customer friendly attitude and services. I would recommend this website to all aquarium lovers for all stuffs related to aquarium.

Service from bunny cart is impeccable and so far the items I have ordered reached in time and plants as well as d fishes ND shrimps were alive and good. I hve a few suggestions to make like adding more varieties of aquarium plants, fish, shrimps etc. Thank you

When i ordered first time, except hyg. corymbosa all the other plants were of very small size and unhealthy.eventualy of them died. This time, i made i was specific about good size and healthy plants. And i recieved hyg.,. difformiss in big size with many leaves, healthy and big size. St. repens was tiny as expected, but still healthy.. Happy with this purchase..
