I had placed an order for plants on bunny cart . Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. I had never ever dealt with such genuine people who were not only supplying the highest quality products but we're also keeping the interests of the customers in view even if it was at their expense. I then placed another order which also contained some live fish. Not a single fish died on arrival . The packaging was excellent and the quality of fish was superb. Keep it up . First of all, I must say I was very impressed with the packaging and delivery. I ordered on Tuesday, 1st Jan, which is a holiday and got my order delivered on Thursday 3rd Jan. Coming to the order, I ordered 4 type of plants. They were are healthy and the quantity was OK. But I was very very disappointed with the quantity of Hydrocotyle tripartita. They were hardly anything in it. Overall good experience as this was my test order and hence I ordered only for the minimum amount . Shipping and packaging - Excellent. 5/5 Variety - Great 4/5 Quantity - Poor 1/5 Overall - Fair 2/5

I ordered a batch of 30 neon tetras from Delhi. To my great pleasure all the fishes, except for two unfortunate ones, were alive and active when they arrived. The neons had no disease, fungus/itch etc. on them which is unlike in many fish store where neons are kept in terrible conditions and are infected (you can see small white or shiny spots on body and fins in such infected cases) and die in short time after bought. Mine from Bunnycart are all alive, no signs of any infection, eating healthily, have increased in size amazingly quickly, displaying bright colours and actively schooling in my heavily planted 60 gallon tank. Keep up the good work; will be ordering some cardinals and mountain minnows soon so hope you get their stock! Also please start a collection on different Rainbow fishes! Highly recommend this site.

At first, I was little skeptical about ordering water plants online, but took a leap of faith and landed on the bouncy bunny. I usually don't write reviews but bunnycart's service is good. The plants were nicely packed and healthy. Have ordered another lot from them, thinking of ordering guppies too once I've cycled the tank.

Its my first time buying plants for aquarium that too online & got 10 pots & stems from them which was actually cheap than buying loose but I was worried about the types of plants I will receive and delay receiving of plants and my worst fear came true when due to natural calamity my order got delayed but I liked the variety of plants and the way they were carefully packed but still few plants were in bad condition which is not seller's fault they tried their best in packing them so I raised my concern with the seller and they have issued refund for the damaged plants I'll definitely buy from them again just waiting for this mansoon to end
