I ordered 15 items from this site. Price was good.took 7 to 8 days to reach my home by fedex. At first i thought by the time It reaches me the plants will be all rotten but due to good airtight Packing it survived. Almost all of them are can be planted and i hope They will survive. Fingers crossed

I used to order plants (mainly Amazon Swords) frequently from bunnycart. The packaging was great. But I have concern about the condition /health of the plants, the plants seems to be not upto the mark with holes or damaged leaves. Please try to send the plants which are in good condition

On 04-11-2016 I ordered 10 Chilly red guppy, 8 Neon Tetras and 3 Mango Platy and some aquarium plants. On 11-11-2016 I received the parcel but from 21 fishes only 5 alive rest all are dead but all plants are in good condition. I send the unboxing video and details of the dead fishes to Bunnycart customer care mail address. They responded very well and I got call from them and they send me new fishes as a compensation for the dead fishes I received….. I am really delighted by the way Bunnycart handled my concern and I take this opportunity to thank Bunnycart for their customer friendly attitude and services. I would recommend this website to all aquarium lovers for all stuffs related to aquarium.

I am really happy with the service and response from Bunnycart. I have made multiple orders from here and I have never been completely disappointed. My recent order reached me so early and my planted aquarium seems like heaven for my fishes. I asked them to send me some bigger plants from the ones I ordered, they did. The plants are all healthy and I am sure will do well. Looking forward to ordering a few more plants in the future and I know whom to trust - Bunnycart.com (instead of wasting my money on a fake site called makemyhobby.com) THANK YOU! P.s.
