I had placed an order for plants on bunny cart . Due to the mistake of the courier service the plants I received had died on delivery, when I informed this to the people at bunnycart, i was assured that all my order would be replaced free of cost. At first I could not believe what I was hearing. I had never ever dealt with such genuine people who were not only supplying the highest quality products but we're also keeping the interests of the customers in view even if it was at their expense. I then placed another order which also contained some live fish. Not a single fish died on arrival . The packaging was excellent and the quality of fish was superb. Keep it up . It was an awesome experience. My local vendors do not have so may variety of fishes, plants etc. I ordered around 50 fishes from Delhi. I received them in very good condition. Overall it was hassle-free and still only two fishes have died rest all are fine which proves that excellent quality o f the fishes are supplied. Hats off to Team Bunnycart.

First order with Bunnycart. Good experience. All fishes arrived alive and healthy. Plants too. There were some defects with the plants and order processing takes a little more time than expected. Excellent quality plants with prompt delivery in great condition. I once received melted Red Root Floaters, but they promptly issued a refund. A genuine and reliable seller!
