Recently i ordered 20 plants from bunnycart they all reached to me in good condition... The shipment took 5 days to reach but they all look fresh and healthy... Only disappointment was the quantity ..... I ordered dawrf baby tears when i received it was just a pinch of plant.. which u cant handle by hand.... U need to use twezzer to handle them.. other then that 5 star for everything else... Increase the quantity only suggestion

This is my second experience with online shopping for live aquarium fish and I must say that the entire process right from the time of placing the order to delivery was amazingly easy and without a hitch. I'm a home fish enthusiast from Goa and my earlier online experience was with a seller from Chennai and not a happy one so I was not sure about this purchase. However the smooth process of placing the order, helpful communication and surprisingly speedy dispatch was a welcome relief. A special word of appreciation for the Manager who was very helpful with advice and assisted at different stages of my purchase. Will definitely patronise again and recommend to friends. Nice Things: I had gone thru the reviews , prior to the placement of the order for plants. As mentioned the grass plant supplied is 1'' size only / do not actually resemble with the picture being displayed. BUT IT IS WORTH WHILE TO MENTION THAT THE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT AND THE 1'' PLANT HAS GROWN TO 1 1/2 FEET NOW. All the plants have survived and had shown remarkable growth . But one of the plant supplied had dried out in the transit and finally dead , so i advise bunnycart to do R and D on this matter to avoid plants dry during the period of transit.

Was skeptical about ordering something live online especially shrimps, as these are delicate creatures..ordered around 16 of them for my mixed shrimp tank....came in to nearest KSRTC bus stand ( kollam) 1 day after it was dispatched no complains on that ..packaging was really nice opened the box everybody was really healthy and quick (no deaths) . Drip acclimated them for 3hrs and then put them in my tank ,next day no deaths all doing really well and also molting well. Will do business with Bunnycart in the future. :) Only complaint ...the shrimps are not adult sized but are juveniles but it ok :)

The cherry shrimps and plants arrived safely. I am really happy about your careful packing. It would be wonderful if you could increase the varieties of fishes and invertebrates. I will do my best to pass the word.
