Ordered dwarf hair grass and java moss for the first time from this site. The packaging was great and the delivery was also very fast. The plants were in great condition. Will definitely order more from this site.

First of all, I must say I was very impressed with the packaging and delivery. I ordered on Tuesday, 1st Jan, which is a holiday and got my order delivered on Thursday 3rd Jan. Coming to the order, I ordered 4 type of plants. They were are healthy and the quantity was OK. But I was very very disappointed with the quantity of Hydrocotyle tripartita. They were hardly anything in it. Overall good experience as this was my test order and hence I ordered only for the minimum amount . Shipping and packaging - Excellent. 5/5 Variety - Great 4/5 Quantity - Poor 1/5 Overall - Fair 2/5

Sir thanks for providing us such a good platform with genuine products.I this you are the biggest in online pet store .I request you to please cover some more stations for delivery of live fish because bunnycart is being popular day by day. Overall i am happy with Bunnycart, I had my 3rd ordered yesterday, I ordered fishes along with plants and this time i was really happy to see bigger plants this time but i was expecting a Pair of fishes but in reality it meant 1 unit as 1 fish, It was my mistake that i didn't see the mention note about it, My suggestion is that you should clearly mention the units and the size of the fishes properly on the same page wile ordering. And one thing to add please add more things on your website, more variety of Fishes, Medications, Tools, etc.
