They offer very prompt service. I recieved my order with a slight delay because of local holiday and one of the plants was half dead. I sent them pictures and they have been understanding in the sense that i wasn't sure the plant would survive. they thought it would . Still they refunded the amount into my bank account. Hi Last week I had ordered for plants were live in active and healthy condition . Great and very good packing . Internal filter was so much cheap then other, Overall a really good experience.

1st time purchasing from this website so little bit worry about the service, in that one my of friend told me not to purchase from such website and reasons are 1) never heard about this website so there is chance of cheating 2) prizes of all the products are so much low compare to other website so it may fake 3) i have ordered it in chiplun i.e. in maharashtra so not sure about what will be the condition of plants after receiving the courier. but finally decided to take some risk and ordered some plants and within 5 days i have received all the plants in very good condition & properly packed, so aquarium lover just close your eyes and ordered what you want, prizes are very reasonable and service and products both are good & beautiful...

I see still some of the guppy varieties(grass,lace,HB,etc) are not available here . I would prefer to buy more number of varieties . Also the available varieties are not completely in stock everytime. If you take this into consideration , that would be great!

Why all the plants listed are not available at a time. Its very difficult for us to place order and that's why we contact local aquariums. please make sure the availability of all the plants and add more plants to the catalogue. thanks and regards gopakumar
