just few problems with packaging of plants, guys please improve your packaging a little bit as the box go's through a lot of mishandling by the train staff , Fishes were absolutely healthy and active .......... great experience , 10 on 10 for customer support . Just had a bad experience with parcel office @ railway station ........... great website please expand more ! ps- this is not paid I am a common man and the experience is true. I have ordered aquatic plants twice so far from bunnycart and I am very satisfied with their service. The 1st order had half damaged plants and once I informed bunnycart about it, they refunded the amount. 2nd time i placed the order, all the plants arrived in very good condition. I will certainly order again.

Why all the plants listed are not available at a time. Its very difficult for us to place order and that's why we contact local aquariums. please make sure the availability of all the plants and add more plants to the catalogue. thanks and regards gopakumar

Java moss was of excellent quality. However, dwarf hairgrass and amzon sword was half wilted when received. Rotala wallichii was good. Didn't received dwarf lily but was refunded money immediately. Customer service is very good.
