Hi guys, why you guys keep very less types of fishes ? And most of them are out of stock as well. Kindly keep a good collection of fishes as well and accessories. Please let me know whenever you guys will start keeping more fishes and try to keep fishes back in stock as well.

On 04-11-2016 I ordered 10 Chilly red guppy, 8 Neon Tetras and 3 Mango Platy and some aquarium plants. On 11-11-2016 I received the parcel but from 21 fishes only 5 alive rest all are dead but all plants are in good condition. I send the unboxing video and details of the dead fishes to Bunnycart customer care mail address. They responded very well and I got call from them and they send me new fishes as a compensation for the dead fishes I received….. I am really delighted by the way Bunnycart handled my concern and I take this opportunity to thank Bunnycart for their customer friendly attitude and services. I would recommend this website to all aquarium lovers for all stuffs related to aquarium.

They offer very prompt service. I recieved my order with a slight delay because of local holiday and one of the plants was half dead. I sent them pictures and they have been understanding in the sense that i wasn't sure the plant would survive. they thought it would . Still they refunded the amount into my bank account. I would say Bunnycart is a genuine gem for Aquarium hobbyists, I am amazed by there professional service they deliver. Great stock, reasonable rates, quick delivery and very professional attitude.
