Death On Arrival (DOA)

According to our experience, the Death On Arrival (DOA) rate is below 5% on average.

If there is any fish or plants Death On Arrival (D.O.A), the customer must report to Bunnycart within 3 hrs of arrival and if your purchase does arrive dead, whether the loss is caused by carrier’s mishandling or by something we have done, we will refund it ( excluding shipping charges) and the below procedure is followed:

IMMEDIATE ACTION TO BE TAKEN UPON YOUR ORDERS ARRIVAL

Photos of the livestock/Aquarium Plants should be reported by raising a ticket

What is the minimum order amount for Aquarium fish ?

Currently there is no minimum order for aquarium fish order. But shipping charges will be applied based on location

How do you ship the parcel ?

We use different courier services based on location and weight of the contents of the order.

Do you have home delivery ?

For Aquarium Plants, Accessories & Fish food we have Home Delivery facility across India.

For Aquarium Fish orders, 90% of the locations are covered with home delivery for rest of the locations you will have to collect from the nearest courier pickup point in your city.

Can I get consultation in setting up my tank on which fishes can I put together etc. ?

We offer free telephonic consultation. You can call our customer care number for free consultation.

Will I get refund if fish dies during transportation ?

Normally the chance of death on arrival are 5% only. Before sending, the fishes are kept isolated, treated to stay longer periods in transportation. You can claim for 100 percent of the cost of dead fish if death happens on arrival. Refer Refund Policy for more details

Can I get any references/customers reviews before placing order ?

When will I get the item after placing the order ?

Orders consisting of Plants and accessories order will be shipped in the next working day after placing order.

Orders consisting of fishes will be dispatched after 3-4 working days after placing order.

For exact reaching dates please check with our customer care. All orders placed after friday till Sunday, will be shipped on priority on First-come, First-served (FCFS), starting from next Monday onwards.

What if I need to cancel my order after making the payment ?

You can cancel the order anytime before we dispatch your order.

After dispatch, we don't take cancellation request since the order consist of live aquarium plants and fishes

When will my refund request be processed ?

Your refund request will be processed within the next 3-4 working days of your request.

Can I purchase coming directly to your fish farm ?

We are don't have any onsite sales. All items are shipped to your respective locations.

Can get any fish which is not mentioned in your website.?

Currently, we have stock of the fishes we are breeding and they are mentioned in the website. Do check periodically to find new/updated stocks.

Testimonials

Though was gambling a little when ordered so much in first instance that too being a hobbyist only. To my surprise it was a very nice and happy experience. The only problem was with RAILWAY staff uncooperative while unloading the parcel. Customer care and account people were more than cooperative, changed my order once after consulting with the manager on his advise about the compatibility of fishes. Packaging was great, out of 50+ fishes only 1 died. All fishes were in good health and larger than I was expecting almost all were adults. All are in good condition even after 2 weeks. Nice colours and variety. Plant were good too, all flourishing now. Food was just packed not like your LFS where it's already expired. internal filter was so much cheap. I ordered 50 guppies and a sucker fish through bunnycart. I feel very pleased with the supply and customer support provided by them. I live thousands of mile away from the location where they breed the fishes but still due to nice packaging and support, none of the fishes died during travel and I feel elated in recommend them to those within my circle who are passionate about their fishes and other pets. Thou It was late while delivering my order but i understand that because of the previous order of other customers. They do called me and inform about the inconvenience. The best thing about "Bunnycart" customer services is they do their best to deliver the product in time or before the time frame. They also kept me update when the mailing time was changed. About the Shrimps now at first I thought that they have sent me the Ghost shrimp but later on they changed back to the actual color once they were introduced to the tank also the size was big than the others, they are doing great and were healthy. I am happy with the service will order more in future.
