I have ordered 4 buckets of plants but 3 have dead plants 20% and 1 was empty bucket only mud was there on 30th november. Uploaded the images but resolution is awaited Because my main order was for food so as per their policy 50% damage must be there so I think there would not be any support because my 60% order was for food and 40% is only plants still hope for a positive reply. Food was good no doubt.

Dear Team, I had ordered microworm starter culture. I would like to mention that the culture was not at all good. I barely found some microworm in that, which were not sufficient to start the culture. Plants which ordered twice from Bunnycart was good except few plants. Kindly improve in starter culture sector. I don’t see any resamblance in the ordered product and the one I got ,( even though they all arrived safe , endler’s guppy is not that good , but the service seems pretty good.... I hope you guys will improve your product quality too

I m a beginner to this aquarium hobby. So i purchased only few plants from bunny cart. But i got surprised when the product got delivered. It was very fast delivery and all the plants were well packet and it was all fresh when i received. And i liked all the plants what i got, within 2 days it started shooting new leaves. I m very happy and recommend the site for aquarium plants. Yet didn't place any order for fishes so don't know about that. Thanks
