Though was gambling a little when ordered so much in first instance that too being a hobbyist only. To my surprise it was a very nice and happy experience. The only problem was with RAILWAY staff uncooperative while unloading the parcel. Customer care and account people were more than cooperative, changed my order once after consulting with the manager on his advise about the compatibility of fishes. Packaging was great, out of 50+ fishes only 1 died. All fishes were in good health and larger than I was expecting almost all were adults. All are in good condition even after 2 weeks. Nice colours and variety. Plant were good too, all flourishing now. Food was just packed not like your LFS where it's already expired. internal filter was so much cheap. Creepy pasta
I have ordered 4 buckets of plants but 3 have dead plants 20% and 1 was empty bucket only mud was there on 30th november. Uploaded the images but resolution is awaited Because my main order was for food so as per their policy 50% damage must be there so I think there would not be any support because my 60% order was for food and 40% is only plants still hope for a positive reply. Food was good no doubt.

This is my first order from bunnycart, & I must say that they have done an awesome job in packaging and delivering the plants at doorstep as promised.. The packaging was neat and all the plants were fresh and green... Will order agn for sure. Thank you.

I'v e recently ordered few plants and they were all delivered in great condition, only thing that bothered me was the size of 2-3 plants. Other than that great service overall ! Please bring in more variety and expand live fish shipping to other cities too!
