Packing was very good and secure But I have to go to the courier office to receive it, as it was mentioned home delivery on the website Some plants where good in condition but all pots of hair grass has healthy shoots but their bottom where black and melted More than half melted in first week but some of them are growing after almost one and half week later

I ordered 34 neon tetras to add to my existing aquarium that already had 10 neon tetras and 10 black phantom tetras. The delivery of the fish was timely. I received a call the day before confirming the time and also received a text with their delivery guy's phone number. Seamlessly done. The fish arrived in fine condition - no losses. The sizes varied but none of them were very small in size. Tetras' color tends to fade a little when they are stressed, so that was expected. But the color started to improve from the next day and all of them seem happy with their new home. I lost a couple of fishes in the days following the delivery, maybe they couldn't acclimatise well. Very happy with bunnycart's service. Looking forward to order again if I can make some more space in my home

My order number 000062101 dated 02.03.2022 and was delivered on 11.03.2022...excellent package. the courier reached my door step. I ordered 11 fishes out of which one died..i can understand its not an issue for me.. ..to my surprise there was 10 guppy fries enroute....thank you Bunnycart. Hi readers, I am residing in Bangalore, Last week i.e on 06-05-2015 Wednesady, I had ordered for home delivery of 26 fishes, 4 plants and 3 fish foods from bunnycart store . On 10-05-2015 i.e on Sunday by 09:15pm sharp i received the parcel with live fishes and plants. For my surprise all the 26 fishes and 4 plants were live in active and healthy condition. Great and very good packing with necessary oxygen level for transportation. Bunnycart is good online store with all varieties of aquatic products and has a good customer care support with highly skilled and talented persons for answering all the questions regarding aquatic products and transportation. Also has a good home delivery services in Bangalore City. Overall bunnycart is the best online stores in India for buying good aquatic products with reasonable prices when compared with other stores.

All plants courtesy Bunnycart. The experience mostly have been pleasant apart from a couple of hiccups where the incorrect plants were shipped however healthy.
