I ordered aquarium live items for the first time online. I had very good experience. received all plants in great condition. Since the first experience was good, I ordered more plants and fishes with shrimps today. Hope I receive the fishes and shrimps too in good condition

Hi thanks for quick service. Ordered about 52 fishes and most of them seem OK when I received it. But found two of mixed guppies were dead and floating moment I transferred to aquarium. I removed them immediately.

Packing was very good and secure But I have to go to the courier office to receive it, as it was mentioned home delivery on the website Some plants where good in condition but all pots of hair grass has healthy shoots but their bottom where black and melted More than half melted in first week but some of them are growing after almost one and half week later

First of all, I must say I was very impressed with the packaging and delivery. I ordered on Tuesday, 1st Jan, which is a holiday and got my order delivered on Thursday 3rd Jan. Coming to the order, I ordered 4 type of plants. They were are healthy and the quantity was OK. But I was very very disappointed with the quantity of Hydrocotyle tripartita. They were hardly anything in it. Overall good experience as this was my test order and hence I ordered only for the minimum amount . Shipping and packaging - Excellent. 5/5 Variety - Great 4/5 Quantity - Poor 1/5 Overall - Fair 2/5

Hi Team, I have received the parcel in good condition on Sunday morning(10-aug) at the destined location(kalasipalyam, Bangalore) . None of the fish died during this transportation. Service from bunny cart is impeccable and so far the items I have ordered reached in time and plants as well as d fishes ND shrimps were alive and good. I hve a few suggestions to make like adding more varieties of aquarium plants, fish, shrimps etc. Thank you
