Refund & Cancellation Policy

We normally have only 5% chance of death during shipping.

All claims/death/missing on arrival are to be reported by raise the ticket with photos on the same day of receipt of the shipment.

Report immediately through by raise the ticket with the below details.

  • Order No:
  • No of fish/aquatic plants/item defective/missing items.
  • Photo of dead fish before opening the package/damaged Aquatic Plants/incase of missing items, photos of the whole items received
  • Short explanation.

Bunnycart would bear 100% of the cost of the fishes died/damaged Aquatic Plants/missing items.

Shipping charges if collected won't be considered for refund.

No claim request will be entertained after 24 hrs of receipt of items.

Cancellation request for the dispatched orders will not be entertained, if the order consists of plants and fishes.

On 04-11-2016 I ordered 10 Chilly red guppy, 8 Neon Tetras and 3 Mango Platy and some aquarium plants. On 11-11-2016 I received the parcel but from 21 fishes only 5 alive rest all are dead but all plants are in good condition. I send the unboxing video and details of the dead fishes to Bunnycart customer care mail address. They responded very well and I got call from them and they send me new fishes as a compensation for the dead fishes I received….. I am really delighted by the way Bunnycart handled my concern and I take this opportunity to thank Bunnycart for their customer friendly attitude and services. Packing was very good and secure But I have to go to the courier office to receive it, as it was mentioned home delivery on the website Some plants where good in condition but all pots of hair grass has healthy shoots but their bottom where black and melted More than half melted in first week but some of them are growing after almost one and half week later

When i ordered first time, except hyg. corymbosa all the other plants were of very small size and unhealthy.eventualy of them died. This time, i made i was specific about good size and healthy plants. And i recieved hyg.,. difformiss in big size with many leaves, healthy and big size. St. repens was tiny as expected, but still healthy.. Happy with this purchase..

All the plants are healthy and packaging was unbelievable . All plants were properly packaged and delivered. This was my first experience buying Aquarium plants online. Usually Aquarium plants bought from local shops can result in excessive Snails in your tank. But the plants delivered by Bunnycart were neat, clean and well treated. I would definitely recommend you guys to all my friends. Please keep on adding more plant varieties . Great Job Guys
